Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the k777k website at k777k.org and all associated pages, services, and features accessible through that domain.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account held by a User on the Platform, created through the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credit awarded to a Player's Account that is subject to wagering requirements before it may be withdrawn as real money.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawals and bonus claims are approved, typically using a Bangladesh National ID card.

Eligibility to Use k777k

The k777k Platform is intended solely for eligible individuals. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met and will remain met for the duration of your use:

• You are at least 21 years of age. k777k is strictly a 21+ platform. Players under 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, bet, or use the Platform under any circumstances.
• You are a resident of, or located in, Bangladesh. The Platform is designed and operated for the Bangladesh market. k777k does not intentionally serve players in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list and are not subject to any legal restriction that would prohibit you from engaging in gambling activities.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. You are depositing and placing bets with your own funds from a payment account registered in your own name.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or contractor of k777k, nor an immediate family member of any such person, and you are not using the Platform for any commercial or professional purpose.

Account Registration and KYC Verification

To access the full features of the Platform — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, and real-money gameplay — you must register an Account and complete KYC verification. The following conditions apply to all Accounts on k777k:

• Each player may hold only one Account. Opening or operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all duplicate Accounts and forfeiture of any associated funds, including Bonus Funds and real-money Balance.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at registration, including your full legal name, Bangladesh mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• KYC verification requires submission of a valid Bangladesh National ID card (NID). k777k may request additional supporting documents at any point, including proof of address or source of funds. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in suspension of deposit and withdrawal privileges.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your password, OTP, or any access details with any third party. k777k support will never ask for your password via any channel.
• k777k reserves the right to request re-verification of identity at any time, including in response to unusual account activity or as part of a periodic compliance review. Accounts may be temporarily suspended pending completion of re-verification.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, notify k777k immediately by emailing [email protected]. k777k cannot be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where you failed to report it promptly.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made on k777k:

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits are credited to your Balance immediately upon confirmed receipt by k777k's payment processor. No deposit fee is charged by k777k.
• The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to bKash or Nagad only and are typically completed within two hours of a verified request. k777k charges no fee on withdrawals from your real-money Balance.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered to the same identity as your k777k Account. You may not withdraw to a bKash or Nagad number registered in a different name from your KYC-verified identity.
• k777k reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting proof of source of funds. Withdrawal processing may be delayed pending completion of such due diligence.
• Deposits made in error must be reported to [email protected] immediately. k777k will investigate and, where confirmed, reverse the excess amount. Deposits that have been wagered cannot be reversed.
• k777k does not accept third-party deposits. All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the k777k Account. Third-party deposits will be reversed and the associated Account flagged for compliance review.

All deposits are final once used in gameplay and are non-refundable. Unused deposits may be requested for reversal at k777k's discretion, subject to applicable anti-money-laundering compliance requirements.

Bonuses and Promotions

k777k offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, and Eid. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions on the Platform:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification and hold an Account in good standing. Bonuses are not available to self-excluded players or those whose Accounts are under review or suspension.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before meeting wagering requirements results in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• k777k reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already claimed it, the existing bonus balance will be honoured under the original promotion terms.
• One bonus per promotion per player per household applies unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Players found abusing bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering, or exploit betting — will have their bonuses voided and Accounts reviewed.
• Bonuses are issued in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and applied to the Account's Bonus Funds balance, which is separate from the real-money Balance. Gameplay deducts from real-money Balance first; Bonus Funds are used only when the real-money Balance is zero.

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the specified game and expiry period only. Winnings from free spins are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn.

Gameplay Rules

The following rules apply to all real-money gameplay on k777k, including slots, live casino, crash games, bingo, and cricket betting:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. k777k does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets except where a technical error on the Platform's side is demonstrated to have directly affected the outcome.
• RNG-based games including slots, bingo, and virtual games use certified random number generator technology. All outcomes are independently determined and are not influenced by previous results, player betting patterns, or k777k's financial position.
• Live casino games are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play. The rules of each live game are those of the respective provider and are displayed within the game interface before play begins.
• In the event of disconnection during active gameplay, k777k's system will complete or void the round based on the game's disconnection policy, which varies by provider. k777k is not liable for losses caused by player-side internet connectivity issues.
• Sports betting odds are determined at the time a bet is placed. Late bets placed after the commencement of an event may be voided at k777k's discretion. Cricket in-play betting markets are governed by the rules displayed within the sportsbook interface at the time of placing the bet.

Responsible Gaming

k777k is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. We provide the following tools and policies for all players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Requested limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Self-exclusion: Any player may request self-exclusion from the Platform for a minimum period of six months by emailing [email protected]. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of confirmation. During the exclusion period the Account is suspended and no deposits or bets may be placed.
• Reality checks: Players may request session time reminders during active gaming sessions. These reminders display the duration of the current session and the player's net position, helping players make informed decisions about continued play.
• Account closure: Any player wishing to close their Account permanently may do so by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining real-money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered bKash or Nagad account after KYC confirmation, provided no active bonus wagering requirements are outstanding.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on k777k. Breach of any prohibition constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension or closure and potential forfeiture of all associated funds:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether in your own name or under any alias or third-party identity.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to place bets, exploit game mechanics, predict outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or circumvent the Platform's security or fairness mechanisms.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful financial activity. k777k complies with applicable AML and CTF obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without notice to the Account holder.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure, security systems, or game engines in any way.
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of the registration, KYC, deposit, withdrawal, or customer support process.

k777k monitors all Account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, k777k may void all bets and transactions associated with that activity, close the Account, and retain any funds that represent proceeds of the prohibited conduct.

Account Suspension and Termination

k777k reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 8 above.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or submission of identity documentation that cannot be verified or that is found to be fraudulent.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity connected to the Account, even if such activity has not yet been conclusively proven at the time of suspension.
• At the player's own request for Account closure or self-exclusion. In this case, any real-money Balance will be returned to the player after KYC confirmation, subject to no outstanding wagering requirements being attached to those funds.

Intellectual Property

All content on the k777k Platform — including but not limited to site design, logo, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and brand elements — is the property of k777k or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any Platform content without the prior written consent of k777k.

Third-party game content provided on the Platform — including slots, live casino titles, and crash games — is provided under licence from the respective game studios. All intellectual property rights in that content remain with the respective rights holders.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k777k's liability to any player is limited as described below:

• k777k is not liable for any loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if k777k has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• k777k is not liable for service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party payment processor delays, or force majeure events.
• k777k's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of the player's real-money Balance at the time the incident occurred.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits k777k's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Privacy and Data Protection

k777k collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to k777k's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, available at k777k.org/privacy-policy.

k777k uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Your bKash and Nagad mobile banking credentials are entered directly into the respective payment provider's interface and are never transmitted to or stored on k777k servers.

Amendments to These Terms

k777k reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, k777k will notify registered players via the email address associated with their Account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for at least seven days prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. k777k operates as a safe and reliable online gaming platform and is committed to fair resolution of all player complaints.
